About the price

"Displayed price may change without a warning depending on the exchange rate, room availability and market. The price will be revised after changing or canceling the reservation."

Discount for multiple nights stay

Some hotels have a discount for multiple nights in a row. Price before and after the discount will be displayed.

Hotel special offers

"Special offers are provided for the guests who are departing from Japan and have already completed the payment. Provided period and applied conditions differ for each hotels. The offers may not be provided for the guests who will be joining at the location. Please be aware that special offers can end or change without any prior notice."

About making the payment

Only credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, Diners) is accepted for online reservation.

The reservation can be made at our branch office either by the phone or at the office. If you do not have a flight reservation with us, 1,050 yen service fee will be charged.

Room available

From room arrangement to payment (credit card) will be completed. The fare withdraw date from your account will depend on the bank company. Please make sure to fill in a correct email on the request form so that an email will be sent to you after completing the reservation.

Request

We will check the availability of the hotel and reply back to your email address within 3 business days.
The payment process for the accommodation can be completed on my page after the reply.

The payment must be completed within 3 days or the reservation will be cancelled after the payment due date.

About the room
Room Types

A room for 2 guests either have 2 beds (Twin room) or 1 King/Queen size bed (Double Room). Rooms type may be requested; however, depending on the availability and season, the hotel may not be able to take in your requests.

For triple room, an extra bed will be requested to the hotel; however, depending on the availability of the room and extra beds, 3 beds may not be provided.

4 to 6 will be the maximum number of guests that can be fitted in a room; however, it does not mean that matched number of beds will be provided.

A sofa or a collapsible bed used as an extra bed will occupy some room space. Please request another room if you would like to have some relaxing space.

If the sofa or collapsible bed (usually is brought in by the late afternoon) is not setup by the time you arrive to the hotel, please remind the front desk.

If there is an additional fee for the extra bed, it must be paid to the hotel directly.

If any guests need to be added at the location, additional fare specified by the hotel must be paid.

*Rooms and extra beds requests will be told to the hotel, but depending on the availability and season, the hotel may not be able to take in your requests.

Room category and view are not definite at the time of reservation. They will be confirmed at the time of check-in; however, it is very unlikely to be an ocean view or a higher category room.

* There are differences on the capacity of the ocean view depending on the hotels location, established year, the surrounding environment, and the height of the floor. For example, even if its an ocean view, the view will be obstructed by the building or trees. Also, there are some differences in the view because the landscape is so big, even it its ocean view, you may not be able to see the ocean near by.

Our hotel ranking is based on hotel ranks (number of crowns) by each country and provided information by the locals. It is only a way of rating system, so the ranks are not guaranteed.

Guide while your stay
Hotel Reservation confirmation slip(Hotel Voucher)

After making the reservation and completing the payment, confirmation and print will be possible from the my page. Please be sure to print the voucher and bring it to the hotel. If you do not have a printer, please call our online reservation center.

Guarantees the accommodation according to what are written on the voucher. Please give to the reception front desk staff at the time of check-in. If you forget to do so, you maybe asked to pay for the accommodation fare.

Accommodation fare, tax and service fees are included in the fare provided at the time of reservation. Luggage portage or tips are paid directly to the hotel.

We cannot return payment for lost or stolen voucher.
Voucher is valid for what are specified on the voucher.
Voucher cannot be handed out to the third party.

Check-in/ Check-out

Cash, Credit Card
A certain amount of cash or a copy of credit card maybe asked at the check-in as a deposit. Please be sure that the copy is either return or discarded when making the payment as a check-out. 。

Payment for the individual account
Please check fares for each items on the bill before making the payment at the check-out. Even if you find mistakes after the payment, it may not be corrected or some time and cost may be required.
